How to use Google Maps in iOS 6

Apple new mobile operating system for its mobile devices iOS 6 was made public by the corporate giant just a few days ago, with many new enhancements and features like Passbook, Facetime on cellular, improved Siri, it was awesome. One of the major update in the latest OS was that it lacks the Google Map, and was replaced by their own navigation app called Apple Maps. As soon as it was made public many drawbacks were put into the limelight which were similar to that of the ones which Google Maps once had during its initial release days. But as we know that Google Maps as of now is the undefeated Champ of the Mapping World, has left many Apple users to find the ways to get the app back, but unfortunately there is no chance, and as the Apple maps rely on the Crowd-sourcing for its update as stated by the Apple, it may get a lot of time to get completely usable.

But there is a way you can enjoy the benefit of the Google map services, by using your browser.

Here is how
Go to your native Browser and enable the share location option. Then head towards “maps.google.com” and click on the book option located below the screen and place it on your icon rack, rename it to Google maps and you are done.
This is a bit like bookmarking, and till now this is the only way to get the benefit of the Google Map services, but there are rumors that, Google is upto something for the latest version of Apple iOS. Let’s hope that Latest Google Map app gets available soon for the Apple users desperately waiting for it, and does not face the same fate as was done to their Google Voice app for iOS.

There is a lot on web about the, ruler of Smartphones iPhone 4 Successor iPhone 5.
As the rumors are already indicating that this phone will be set to release in the next few months, Android has also, setup the ground, to give Apple a, quality amount of competition.
Google has already confirmed, couple of weeks back, that the next major android release will  be the Android OS version 2.4, which will be nicknamed as ”ice-cream sandwich ”. So obviously there must the device, in making to become the first to get this update, as the trend has been already set up  by the Google, Nexus series are the one that have always, got the advantage to get it first. Many websites have already claimed that the next Nexus phone, rumored name to have Nexus Prime will be the first to support the Android 2.4.

A fresh picture has been discovered online with a series of hardware specifications that will be equipped in Nexus Prime. The picture has been captured over at suspect looking retailer listing for  the rumored device, which is available to view at pleasure over at the Hantec Website.
As seen on the pictures on website, the obvious highlight of this model is that there is no physical hardware or capacitive buttons, meaning the navigation on the Nexus Prime could be handled solely on the rumored 4.5 touchscreen. It can also be seen through the pictures that there are silver trims around the device, leading to some suggestions that this could be fake since it looks remarkably like a device that HTC would built – not Samsung.

Out of all this, one thing is clear that the Nexus Prime, will be a beast, which could become a worry to Apple’s iPhone 5.
